JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Spotter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in garment care and stain removal, with a keen eye for detail to ensure every item is cleaned appropriately to the highest professional standard. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in dry cleaning spotting or garment care is MANDATORY
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, cleaning agents, and spotting techniques.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality results.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills for working with team members and, when needed, customers.
• Commitment to following safety and handling guidelines for chemicals and equipment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.

• Inspect incoming garments for stains, spots, and damage before cleaning.
• Pre-treat stains using appropriate spotting techniques and chemicals for various fabrics.
• Operate dry cleaning and wet cleaning equipment according to established procedures.
• Ensure all items are cleaned, pressed, and finished to professional standards before returning to customers.
• Identify and communicate any garment concerns (e.g., damage, special care requirements) to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of spotting chemicals and tools.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling cleaning agents and equipment.
• Assist with occasional customer inquiries regarding garment care and cleaning processes.
