As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. The expected base wage for this Minnesota based position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position. *Pay range listed is provided in compliance with state specific laws.
