The expected base wage for this Illinois based position is $15.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is responsible for owning the customer experience by sincerely greeting customers, building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and achieving individual sales goals. Key duties also include operating the POS system, unpacking and displaying stock, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing store environment.
