Position Summary We are seeking a motivated Dryer Vent Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys hands-on work and has excellent communication skills. As part of our HVAC and duct division, you’ll perform professional dryer vent cleaning services exclusively for our active members, ensuring safety, efficiency, and peace of mind in their homes. Responsibilities Perform dryer vent cleaning services to company standards, ensuring safety and quality. Arrive on time, in uniform, and prepared for each appointment. Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, explaining the service and answering questions. Maintain accurate job notes, service records, and customer interactions in ServiceTitan (company CRM). Follow safety guidelines and care for customer property during each visit. Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles daily to ensure readiness. Represent South West Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric with professionalism and integrity. Requirements Customer service background with proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with homeowners. Strong work ethic and comfort working with hands and tools. Clean driving record (required; company vehicle provided). Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed. Benefits: Compensation $24.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM start time. Get paid weekly!
