This is a hands-on position that combines technical drying expertise with the opportunity to guide equipment use, documentation, and customer communication.

What You’ll Do

• Perform on-site water damage drying and mitigation, including setup, monitoring, and adjustment of equipment
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting in job management software (moisture readings, photos, notes)
• Communicate drying progress to project managers, insurance partners, and customers
• Maintain and manage drying equipment to ensure readiness and reliability
• Provide occasional mentorship and support to other technicians
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response (evenings/weekends/holidays as needed)
• Deliver exceptional customer service during stressful situations

What We’re Looking For

• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification – required
• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related trade
• Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with customers and teammates
• A team player with leadership potential, able to take initiative in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (confined spaces, outdoors, all weather conditions)

Pay: $21.35-$30.43 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

• WRT desgination (required)
• Driving Licence (required)
