We are seeking a skilled Taper to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction painting and carpentry, with the ability to read blueprints and perform caulking tasks. As a Taper, you will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces for painting, ensuring high-quality finishes, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in drywall taping and carpentry is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of caulking techniques and materials.
  • Ability to read blueprints accurately.
  • Previous maintenance person experience is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
