Together, we want to help you build a fulfilling career with Lifeblood.   About the role   We’re currently seeking a Session Leader to join our team at the Frankston Donor Centre. Reporting to the Donor Centre Manager, you’ll provide operational oversight to ensure that the end-to-end donation experience runs efficiently with no compromise on quality or safety.   As a Session Leader, you’ll provide direction, inspiration and support for your team to achieve common goals and foster team effectiveness, as well as managing tough issues with respect. You’ll value self-awareness and reflect on your own strengths and areas for development, making you an even stronger leader. The Session Leader will support the Donor Centre Manager and provide leadership during the blood collection process to ensure donors receive the required level of care, high service standards and that product safety is not compromised.    A day in the centre could see you:    Deliver a supportive and safe experience to our amazing donors Develop and coach teams Physically insert and remove needles to collect donations Act as the first point of contact for any complex donor assessments Provide clinical oversight to team to ensure phlebotomy success Show pride in upholding our high safety and quality standards   Sound interesting?
