The Program Director provides strategic and operational leadership across the full DSI portfolio, which includes software development, engineering, customer support, sales, marketing, quality assurance, knowledge management, staff augmentation services, IT support services, and web development. This role requires deep familiarity with legislative and executive branch environments, strong financial and operational acumen, and the ability to lead in a highly dynamic and politically sensitive customer landscape. The Program Director partners closely with Finance, Contracts, and other corporate functions to ensure strong financial performance, risk management, and compliance across multiple government contracts, including MA‑IDIQ vehicles. The role also maintains key relationships with customer organizations such as the House Chief Administrative Office and the Senate Sergeant at Arms, ensuring smooth operations across customer‑managed and FedRAMP environments. Primary Responsibilities Provide executive leadership across the DSI portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Oversee multi‑disciplinary teams spanning software development, engineering, customer support, sales, marketing, and IT services. Lead program operations across multiple government contracts, including MA‑IDIQ vehicles, with responsibility for growth, capture, and execution. Maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders within the U.S. Congress and other government entities. Drive strategy, innovation, and continuous improvement across product and service offerings. Ensure compliance with contractual, security, and operational requirements, including FedRAMP and customer‑managed cloud environments. Partner with Finance, Contracts, and other corporate functions to manage budgets, forecasts, risks, and reporting. Required Qualifications Extensive and successful program management experience supporting the legislative and/or executive branches of government. Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for financial performance, operations, and multi‑disciplinary teams. Proven ability to engage and influence senior‑level customer executives in highly visible environments. Strong understanding of government contracting, program execution, and customer relationship management. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and twelve (12) or more years of related professional experience; additional years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Seven (7) years of experience leading teams or managing complex programs Preferred Qualifications Experience with Intranet Quorum (IQ) or similar CRM platforms supporting government constituent services. Understanding of target markets including the U.S. House, U.S. Senate, and Federal/State/Local CRM environments. Successful proposal experience, including writing, pricing, and overall proposal management. Background in Information Systems Architecture, System Design, or Process Management.
