DSP Schedule, Location, Pay: Wednesday 10pm-8:30am Thursday 10pm-8:30am Friday 10pm-8:30am Saturday 10pm-8:30am Sunday 10pm-8:30am Monday 10pm-8:30am Tuesday 10pm-8:30am Location: Plymouth, MN Rate of Pay: $15.97/hour asleep; $23.50/hour awake **Start date 11/5/25 What We Offer for DSPs: Paid training Paid time off 401K with company matching Health, Dental, Vision Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Referral Bonus Program- $1,000 Ongoing training and support Meaningful work with real impact Requirements What You Bring as a DSP: Applicants must meet the rate exception qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2 year's of relevant work experience Experience with Autism and nonverbal individuals Driver's License, car insurance, reliable vehicle for work purposes Ability to read, write and speak English at a level that meets the performance requirements; or must be able to communicate in the language spoken by the individual at a level that meets the performance requirements; whichever is deemed more important by the company Ability to meet licensing requirements of the state and county Lifting/transferring requirements vary based on assigned caseload. Ability to lift 75 pounds and transfer individuals as needed May be exposed to animals, including but not limited to dogs, cats, pet rodents, birds or pet reptiles
