Rever Grand is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to be a part of our dedicated team that provides services to the I/DD community. As a DSP, you will support individuals with their personal basic needs and daily activities, and you will help them to achieve their goals and aspirations. Education and Experience · Minimum of high school diploma or demonstrated equivalent. · Experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or caretaker is a plus. Physical Requirements · Regularly stoop, bend, lift and carry at least fifty (50) pounds of weight without assistance. · Ability to lift and/or transfer physically challenged individuals who require such assistance to remain active and mobile while engaged in household or community activities.
