Position Details Hours: Full-Time (Average 40 hours) Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM Every other Saturday & Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Compensation: $18.00/hour Paid sick time Paid vacation Health Insurance for employees working 36+ hours weekly Holiday pay at 1.5x for working 8 designated holidays What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP): Help implement daily activities and support individuals in their routines Foster independence at home and in the community—some individuals enjoy home life while others are active in community activities Maintain records of progress and services provided Assist with home upkeep and complete light cleaning tasks Provide compassionate care and guidance, while empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals What You Bring: Strong communication skills in English (verbal, written, and computer-based) Valid driver’s license with a clean record Ability to pass a State background check (per MN statutes) Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, depending on the setting Flexibility to cover shifts when needed Why Choose a Career in Human Services?
