Job Description AHRC NYC is holding a HIRING EVENT with POSSIBLE On THE SPOT JOB OFFERS! for Full -Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for multiple Manhattan residences. DATE & TIME: TUESDAY OCTOBER 07, 2025 from 10AM-1PM LOCATION: Recruiter will provide Hiring Event specific address for qualified candidates. POSITION TO BE FILLED: 40HR Evening shift: 2pm-10pm and 3pm-11pm Drivers license Required for Upper Manhattan positions... Not required for Lower Manhattan positions! Weekend availability Required for most positions! PAY RATE: $17 - $18.90 per hour depending on residence placement and driving status. Please note $17 hire-in rates will be increased to $18 per hour after 6 months if in good standing. Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills. Patience is a MUST! Willingness to support people's preferences for community, activities, work, leisure activities, the exercise of their rights etc. in various settings. Ability to use a computer for data entry.
