We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Overnight Part-Time Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to our residents ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort. What we do is highly rewarding, and it's why our company exists! Responsibilities and Duties: * Ability to assist the people we support by promoting the development of functional skills, inclusion and individualization. * Mentoring individuals to help build social skills and relationships * Ability to assist the individuals we serve with all necessary basic daily living needs. * Maintain accurate and timely record keeping and communication within program (e.g. incident reports, verbal reports, shift documentation). * Provides transportation for residents to legal and medical appointments, activity outings, etc. * Maintain a safe, comfortable and appropriate environment. * Ability to participate in community activities with clients * Cleaning and sanitizing home * Preparing meals Requirements: * High school Diploma or GED required * Must be able to work overnight * 1 year group home experience/caring for individuals with disabilities * Direct Support experience preferred * Behavior Focus experience preferred * Must pass level 2 background screening Benefits: This organization supports not only the individuals we serve, but also the Staff that help make us who we are! * Competitive pay * Opportunity to grow within the organization * Ability to truly make a difference in people's lives!
