Job Description AHRC NYC is holding a JOB FAIR for Full and Part-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for multiple Queens residences. DATE & TIME: TUESDAY NOVEMBER 25TH, 2025 from 10AM-1PM LOCATION: Recruiter will provide specific address for qualified candidates. POSITIONS TO BE FILLED: 40HR DAay Shift: 7AM-3PM........dDrivers License Required 40HR Evening shifts: 3pm-11pm....Drivers license Required. 30 & 40HR Overnight shift: 11pm-9am Weekend availability needed for most positions! PAY RATE: $20- $21.36 per hour depending on residence placement and driving status. In addition, these positions all come with a comprehensive Benefit package which includes FREE MEDICAL INSURANCE! The oversight of all safety and health considerations Promoting skill development, interests, and hobbies Assisting with Adult Daily Living skills (ADLs) Other personalized responsibilities including cooking, cleaning, hygiene, etc. Qualifications Personal or Professional experience supporting People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred. Professionalism; integrity; excellent communication skills. Patience is a MUST! Willingness to support people's preferences for community, activities, work, leisure activities, the exercise of their rights etc. in various settings. Ability to use a computer for data entry.
