Location: Fargo, ND Shift: Monday-Wednesday 1pm-10pm with a requirement to work every other weekend rotation that includes Saturday and Sunday 8am-8pm along with a requirement to be on call which could be up to 7 consecutive days at a time Job Schedule: Full Time Weekly Hours: 40 JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of this position is to support individuals served with their life to include health and personal care, therapeutic, educational, recreational, and leisure activities for individuals with disabilities to achieve maximum growth and learning, as they make transitions throughout life. Provides guidance, coaching, and mentors Direct Service Professional staff on their assigned shift, solves issues, and needs of both the individual served and staff. The Direct Support Professional- Team Lead for Taylor Made Living will work in conjunction with the Residential Supervisor and the TML Program Coordinator. QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) Education and/or years’ experience required: High School Diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License One year experience in the healthcare field, preferably working with individuals with disabilities. Preferred Skills and Abilities: Associate or bachelor's degree Three years' experience in the healthcare filed, preferably working with individuals with disabilities. Completion of DD modules Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable): This position does not have supervisor responsibilities.
