Description Direct Support Professional (DSP) Join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), where you'll help individuals achieve their goals and thrive in their communities. DSP's provide personalized care, promote independence, and ensure a safe, supportive environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication administration, transportation, and documentation of progress. Empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives through compassionate support. DSP Schedule, Location, Pay: Monday - Friday flexible hours starting at 10am (make your own schedule between the hours of 10am-4pm) 12-15 weekly hours 12 hours Homemaking (cleaning, organizing) 5 hours PCA (meal prep, grocery shopping) Location: Saint Paul, MN Rate of Pay: $20/hour IHS/Homemaking & $17/hour PCA One older woman living in an apartment. Has history of hoarding and in the process of a clean out. Needs assistance keeping things clean and organized, assistance grocery shopping, meal prepping/cooking. She has arthritis and uses cannabis/THC medicinally. Would love someone with cooking skills who can teach new recipes/flavors. Ability to lift 75 pounds and transfer individuals as needed May be exposed to animals, including but not limited to dogs, cats, pet rodents, birds or pet reptiles
