UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed Residential DSP's (Direct Care Professional) for the following Shift. UCP Heartland offers a positive, team driven, work environment at $21.00/Hour CURRENT AVAILABLE SCHEDULE: FLORISSANT Friday 3PM-9PM SATURDAY, 9AM - 9PM Sunday 5PM-11PM 24 Hours Weekly (FC/F) As a DSP (Direct Care Provider) you will perform the following responsibilities: Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities. Follow medical orders and administer medications. MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: * High School diploma or its equivalent (GED). * Valid Drivers’ license * Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training * A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND * Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field * Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision. * Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel. * Good written and oral communication skills * Computer Proficiency THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD! Responsibilities
