Description The DSP Sub is like a float position. Subs will work at various home locations across the Twin Cities Metro with a variety of individuals during a day. Subs allow us to maintain coverage and maintain high service standards with individuals. This position is compensated competitively. Travel time and mileage reimbursement is available for trips with individuals into the community as well as between houses if working at multiple houses during a day. DSP Sub availabilities needed/ openings below Must be available weekdays, Monday- Friday 3pm-10pm and e/o weekend 3pm-10pm Location: Multiple locations across Twin Cities Metro- Similar to a float Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, reliable vehicle to drive to locations across the twin cities Rate of Pay: $23/hour Will be working with male and female individuals requiring all levels of care, including personal cares. Must be okay with cats and dogs, as well as taking individuals inside churches of primarily Christian or Catholic faith/practices. Ability to lift 75 pounds and transfer individuals as needed May be exposed to animals, including but not limited to dogs, cats, pet rodents, birds or pet reptiles Experience working with individuals who are prone to challenging behaviors Must be comfortable performing personal cares with all types of individuals
