· NDIS Workers Screening Check

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently recruiting for multiple Disability Support Workers to provide support to NDIS participants across Melbourne.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of Participants with different support needs including building improved daily living skills, social and community participation, personal care support and domestic support.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain a person-centred approach when working with all participants to promote independence and maximise choice and control
· Ensure records of all shift service delivery activities are recorded
· Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times
