We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic DT & Art Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Design & Technology and Art departments, ensuring that workshops and studios are well-maintained, safe, and fully equipped for students and staff.

• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and organisation of workshop machinery, tools, and materials.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and complies with Health & Safety regulations.
• Support teaching staff in practical lessons by setting up materials and equipment.
• Conduct routine safety checks and ensure risk assessments are up to date.
• Manage stock levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of resources.
• Provide guidance to students on the safe use of tools and machinery.
• Assist with the display and presentation of student work within the department.
