Nordic Peace is a DTC lifestyle brand focused on women’s accessories, apparel, and home decor, with a mission to create products that embody comfort, coziness, and connection at home. We are scaling rapidly, with the goal of doubling revenue and profit by building a best-in-class marketing department, elevating brand identity, and running AI-driven systems that keep our operations lean, creative, and scalable.
As part of this vision, we are seeking a Content Coordinator to own and grow the brand’s content engine.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4 years experience in content management, digital marketing, or social media, ideally in a DTC e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of paid social creative, organic growth strategies, and e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in coordinating freelancers, creators, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with tools such as Monday.com, Google Drive, Canva/Adobe Suite, Klaviyo, Shopify CMS.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • French language skills considered a strong asset.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

The Content Coordinator is responsible for planning, creating, and distributing high-quality content that drives customer engagement, strengthens the Nordic Peace brand, and fuels growth across all DTC channels. You will ensure that every piece of content—from paid ads to organic social posts to website updates—aligns with our brand voice, supports campaigns, and contributes to measurable growth.
This role requires strong creative instincts, project management skills, and a deep understanding of DTC e-commerce marketing. You will work closely with our Marketing Director, Growth Marketing (APLO Group), and the CEO to ensure brand alignment and performance-driven execution.
