About the client: 🚀 Our client is a is a DTC e-commerce holding company that builds, acquires, and scales consumer brands. They operate multiple in-house brands (such as FluffCo, Jiggies, and Notorious Cookware) and provide full-stack support through their own ecosystem of services, including creative production, media buying, product sourcing, technology, and global operations. They also run “The Studio,” a workspace and incubator that helps founders launch and grow DTC products faster using Elevator Goods’ infrastructure and expertise. Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative brand strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and long-term brand loyalty. This role will oversee key marketing functions, ensuring alignment with company goals and maintaining a consistent brand presence across all consumer touchpoints. They will lead cross-functional teams, manage agency and partner relationships, and drive data-informed decision-making to scale the brand's impact in the competitive direct-to-consumer (DTC) landscape. **This role is open to all professionals residing in Latin America** Your responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to position our website as a leader in the gifting industry. Brand Identity: Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual elements across all platforms. Content Creation: Partner with our Social Media Manager to create and strategize on compelling, engaging social content. Copywriting: Oversee email & SMS copy, website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters in partnership with cross-functional teams. Creative Direction: Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing assets that align with the brand's aesthetic and values. Consumer Insights: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and cultivate partnerships with businesses, brands, and organizations to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences. PR: Work with our publicist to identify press and award targets. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of branding initiatives and optimize strategies for maximum impact. Customer Experience: Champion the customer experience by ensuring that all brand touchpoints reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a strong background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. Proven success in scaling a brand and driving high-growth marketing initiatives. Strong leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams teams. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and digital marketing strategies. Expertise in influencer marketing, social media, content creation, and community engagement. Experience managing agency relationships, including PR, creative, and media agencies. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear and compelling brand vision. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
