We're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to deliver packages efficiently and professionally throughout the city. Load delivery vans with parcels, ensuring proper organization and secure placement Deliver packages to customers' homes and businesses in a timely and professional manner Operate electronic devices for GPS navigation and daily record-keeping Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude, providing excellent customer service Comply with all road safety regulations and traffic laws Climb stairs and navigate various terrains to ensure successful package delivery Problem-solve independently to overcome delivery challenges Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and efficiency Adapt to changing weather conditions and delivery schedules Qualifications Valid EU driving license, class B Excellent knowledge of Erfurt's street layout and traffic patterns Proven ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Exceptional communication and customer service skills Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and electronic devices for record-keeping Physical stamina and fitness to handle the demands of the job Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing schedules Time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate package sorting and delivery Willingness to undergo and pass a background check Reliable transportation to reach the station independently Basic English language skills for communication with diverse customers Additional Information Paid training of 2 days plus 1 day of school Routes are 8/9 hours Work equipment provided (clothes and phone also for private usage) Modern vehicles Good working conditions (shipments not heavier than 15kg) Payment in time Focus on an excellent team culture Managing also private support (insurances, recommendations, contacts) if needed

Responsibilities
