• Develop and grow new LTL client relationships using your established industry network
• Prospect, onboard, and nurture shippers requiring LTL services domestically and cross-border
• Collaborate with internal dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Negotiate competitive rates and secure long-term service contracts
• Deliver exceptional customer service including proactive shipment updates and solutions
• Track and document account activities, pricing agreements, and performance metrics
