Project Context and Scope Under UKFCDO and Italy projects, activities aims to strengthen beneficiary institutions capacities through a series of targeted capacity‑building workshops and advanced statistical training sessions. It focuses on enhancing participants’ technical competencies, improving data literacy, and promoting the use of robust analytical methods in decision‑making processes. As part of the initiative tailored training materials and guidance documents will be developed to support sustainable knowledge transfer and ensure consistent application of best practices across beneficiary institutions. Overall, the project contributes to building a more informed, skilled, and data‑driven operational environment. Organizational Department / Unit to which the Consultant is contributing: Consultant will be contributing to the MDU and working for Statistics Unit of beneficiary. All documents and data provided to the consultants are confidential and cannot be used for any other purpose or shared with a third party without any written approval from IOM and beneficiaries.
