POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Dual Business Travel Sales Manager to lead and grow the business transient segment across both Hyatt Place and Hyatt House brands. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and managing corporate travel accounts, increasing room night production, and building strong relationships with local, national, and international clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent two brands under one roof while working alongside a passionate and collaborative Sales & Events team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in the business transient segment
  • Hyatt brand experience is highly welcomed and considered a priority, especially familiarity with Hyatt systems, culture, and service standards.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow corporate accounts and meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across brands and systems
  • Knowledge of Hyatt systems (e.g., Envision, Cvent, Opera, Delphi) is an asset
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, pre-opening environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel and client visits

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage individual and negotiated corporate accounts to drive transient revenue for both Hyatt Place and Hyatt House
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits, presentations, and account reviews
  • Conduct prospecting and account acquisition to expand the hotel’s BT portfolio
  • Prepare and present proposals, RFPs, and corporate agreements in accordance with brand and property standards
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and client events to promote the property and drive brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Operations teams to ensure optimal pricing, forecasting, and client satisfaction
  • Track and analyze production and sales metrics through Hyatt systems and tools (e.g., Envision, Lanyon, Cvent)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive set, market conditions, and industry trends
