Description Hotel Dual Chief Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dual Chief Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operational integrity of our hotel facilities. This leadership role is vital in ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for our guests and staff. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate all engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel - Ensure the proper functioning of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems - Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan - Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and guest requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction - Supervise and train engineering staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement - Monitor and manage departmental budgets, supplies, and inventory - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations - Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and special projects Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry - Strong technical knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety protocols - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues effectively - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Relevant certifications or licenses in engineering or facilities management are preferred - Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our dynamic team and contribute to creating a safe, well-maintained environment that enhances our guests' experience.
