Our core values are ‘Be open, be compassionate and be bold’ and our teams apply these daily offering support and respect in a safe environment, treating each user as an individual and working with them to find the right treatment and care options.
A vacancy has arisen for a new specialist Dual Diagnosis (Co-existing Mental Health and Substance Use) Recovery Worker role. Many of our clients face additional challenges such as neurodevelopmental conditions, learning disabilities, unstable housing, poor health, safeguarding concerns, and limited support networks.
You’ll manage a dedicated caseload and work flexibly across the community, offering assertive outreach and in-reach support in diverse settings — from GP surgeries and mental health services to substance misuse hubs and supported accommodation.
This is a mobile, hands-on role suited to someone resilient, empathetic, and motivated to drive change where it matters.
