You will oversee all sales activities, develop and execute revenue-generating strategies, and build strong relationships with clients, community partners, and brand representatives. Working closely with both General Managers and regional leadership, you will maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall revenue performance across all market segments. This role is ideal for someone who leads with Grit, collaborates Stronger Together, and communicates with Social Intelligence while successfully balancing the needs and opportunities of multiple properties. What You’ll Do Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for two hotel properties to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall revenue performance Lead strategic efforts to secure new and repeat business through outside sales calls, site tours, relationship building, and creative prospecting initiatives Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly Represent both hotels at trade shows, networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings to maintain a strong market presence Build proposals, negotiate contracts, finalize bookings, and guide clients through a seamless sales process Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate documentation within brand-approved sales systems Participate in revenue management calls, budget planning, forecasting, and strategic planning sessions for both properties Collaborate with General Managers and department leaders to ensure exceptional guest experiences and successful event execution Train front desk and hotel team members on sales initiatives, upselling opportunities, and lead generations practices Track and follow up on all group business to ensure materialization, customer satisfaction, and repeat business opportunities Implement promotional programs, strategic partnerships, and local business development efforts that drive revenue growth across both hotels Monitor production reports, sales goals, and key performance metrics to ensure achievement of property and ownership objectives Manage and prioritize sales efforts effectively across multiple properties while maintaining high levels of responsiveness and customer service Maintain a professional image and uphold Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards in every interaction Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, sales process, and market dynamics Proven ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and develop actionable business plans Exceptional relationship building, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with brand sales systems (preferred) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive, creative mindset to pursue and close business opportunities Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities across multiple hotel properties Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance sales activities, forecasting, and client relationships across multiple locations Education & Experience Associate degree or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2-4 in hotel sales leadership Previous experience managing sales efforts for multiple properties preferred Additional Information Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.
