Description Our team is looking to add an upbeat Dual Front Desk Agent to support operations across both Courtyard and Moxy, managing all aspects of the front desk and serving as a key point of contact for guests and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate professionalism and courtesy, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting your service style to each brand. This position may require flexible scheduling availability. Requirements Job Requirements: Check-in and check-out guests across both Courtyard and Moxy Process all payments in accordance with established hotel procedures Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors for both properties Prepare all required reports during each shift for the management team Job Qualifications: Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and a drive for results Ability to anticipate, prevent, identify, and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities Approachable and service-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
