Description We are seeking an experienced Dual General Manager for the Courtyard Rocky Mount Hotel and the Residence inn Rocky Mount Hotel. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a passion for excellence and a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry. Responsibilities:Initial scope of responsibility will be oversight for up to 2 properties within the portfolio. Producing results based on well-developed short and long-term financial and operation plans that support company goals and objectives in such areas as revenue, market share performance, guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, asset preservation and net operating income.Holding teams accountable for results and strategy execution while displaying leadership qualities that motivate and inspire people to perform their best every day.Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.Working with hotel leadership and brand partners to maintain relationships, support alignment and growth.Perform daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to communicate overall direction and provide leadership and communication Prepare annual hotel/operation budget.Maintain and correct product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Establish and maintain effective programs to ensure the security and safety of guests, associates, and StepStone owned or managed assets. Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions, Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations. • Must have exceptional mathematical and computer skills. • High school education and relevant training and experience required. Additional education preferred. • Ability to timely obtain any required licenses or certificates, including CPR training and first aid training • Occasional travel required. • Minimum lifting, pushing, pulling of 20 pounds. • Bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
