As the Human Resources Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our associates and creating an environment where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Assist associates and visitors by welcoming, directing, and responding to inquiries with a friendly and professional approach. Perform full-cycle recruiting activities, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding paperwork, drug testing, and coordinating new hire orientation. Plan and execute associate recognition and engagement events to promote a positive workplace culture. Maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure confidentiality of all employment records and hotel-related information. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for associates on benefit programs and HR policies and procedures. Collaborate with other HR team members and leaders as needed and perform other duties as assigned. What You’ll Bring A positive attitude, excellent service skills, and a passion for people. Knowledge of HR policies and general employment laws such as ADA, FMLA, and EEOC. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to stay organized, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate flexibility and initiative. Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs and follow all company work rules and procedures.
