About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Dual Language Caregiver (English/Spanish) to join our team in Geneva, IN. Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma/GED * Bilingual (English/Spanish) required * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: * Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or state equivalency  * Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole, as applicable) required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Experience working with individuals of diverse background Responsibilities: * Follow policies, procedures and guidelines described in Grow Early Learning content area manuals, Child Care Licensing and OHS Requirements. Adhere to and practice Grow Early Learning Positive Guidance Policy. * Closely supervise and maintain awareness of children at all times. * Under the guidance of the teacher/teacher assistant, use Grow Early Learning School Readiness goals to plan and implement curriculum activities and experiences for children daily on the appropriate lesson plan. * Assist teacher/teacher assistant with writing developmentally appropriate observations to assess children’s development according to timelines.
