Minimum Qualifications Already completed a relevant bachelor study program (e.g., Business Administration, Data Science, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication or Media Studies) for the entire duration of the position Advanced experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with data analysis techniques; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently with a proactive mindset, taking initiative in driving own topics forward Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; capable of crafting compelling narratives and engaging with diverse stakeholders Fluent German is not necessary, but would be a plus Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and quantitative data analysis skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights Interest in talent management, HR topics, and staying abreast of state-of-the-art practices in the field Creative problem-solving skills and a tech-savvy approach to developing innovative solutions Solid Communication and Creative Skills for crafting engaging storylines and innovative layouts for presentations Eager to work in a multidisciplinary and international team, collaborating with colleagues from headquarters and Allianz entities worldwide Do we have what you need?
