Responsible for dual jobs of overseeing security operations and officer duties as needed per schedule HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY * Supports Security manager in daily operations, ensures compliance of policies & procedures, ensures manpower & equipment meet daily requirements.  * Reviews schedules, reports, etc & makes necessary adjustments.  * Inspects Officer’s appearance, abilities, attitude & compliance’s with standards.  * Ensures training of all officers ensures safety standards & prepares all appropriate reports.  * Conducts daily post checks, monitors manpower status board, takes corrective action regarding complaints.  * Assist Security manager in preparation of evaluations & makes recommendations.  * Reviews, recommends or initiates appropriate action on those who fail to comply with policy, procedures or rules.  * Acts as on scene Commander for all major incidents  * Advises management of all pertinent info regarding shift or department  * Responsible for safety & protection of the Casino, employees & guests 

Responsibilities

Oversees daily security operations and officer duties to ensure the safety and protection of the casino, employees, and guests. Supports the Security Manager by managing manpower, reviewing reports, and acting as the on-scene commander during major incidents.
