THE OPPORTUNITY

Delaware North Gaming is hiring full-time and part-time dual-rate table Games Dealers and Floor supervisors to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Table Games Dealer and Floor Supervisor, you will oversee assigned table games to ensure integrity is maintained, procedures are followed, and superior guest service is provided.
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.
When acting as a Supervisor, the pay will be $24 / hour

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires sitting, reaching, and pulling a majority of the shift.
  • Some standing, walking, bending, stooping, the ability to periodically lift and carry up to 50 pounds, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, seeing, and hearing.
  • Must be able to speak and understand English.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents
  • Greet guests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information
  • Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members
  • Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to the game’s rules
  • Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests
