Leadership Opportunity: Registered Manager – Dual Children’s Homes (EBD)
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to take charge of two children’s homes supporting young people aged 8–18 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a rare opportunity to lead from the front, shape therapeutic environments, and make a lasting impact across two sites.
We welcome applications from experienced Registered Managers and ambitious Deputy Managers ready to step up, with full support and guidance provided.
Key Responsibilities

OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

• Manage rotas, staffing levels, budgets, and resources effectively
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting young people with EBD or challenging behaviours
• Proven leadership as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy Manager
• In-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation, Ofsted standards, and Children’s Homes Regulations
• Resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to lead dual-site operations

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years in a senior role within children’s residential care
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £70,000.00 per year
