Job Title: Multi-Site Registered Manager for Children’s Residential Care
Location: Ascot
Salary: £80,000
Reports To: Responsible Individual

SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead and manage three children’s homes in Ascot, all solo placements. The homes are currently in different stages of development, with one home ready for registration and the other home ready to have planning submitted (due imminently). The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of all three homes, including ensuring that they meet all legal and regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality care plans for the children in their care.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Qualified Registered Manager with experience of working in children’s residential care (must have sat a Fit Persons and have demonstratable URN’s)
• At least 5 years’ experience of managing staff
• Experience of developing and implementing care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
