YellowSquare is looking for a bartender/receptionist (mixité position) for our YellowSquare hostel in Rome.
You will be responsible for creating unforgettable memories during our guests’ stay.

This is not your typical 9-to-5 job. You’ll be juggling two roles—bartending and reception—depending on the needs of the hostel. That means your schedule and tasks can shift: during high season, for example, you might be needed mostly behind the bar at night, serving drinks until 3 a.m. on one of our legendary party nights. Other times, you’ll be at reception, welcoming guests and helping them settle in. Flexibility is key!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in similar roles (ie Receptionist and Bartender/Barista), at least 1 year experience
• Ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;
• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule on any day and time of the week from Monday to Sunday with shifts that go either from 7-8 am until 15-16 pm and from 16-17 pm until 01 am.
• Excellence in customer service;
• Highly proficient in spoken English and Italian
