Position Overview: We are seeking a high-energy, versatile Dual Role, Desking/F&I manager to join high-volume dealership team. This role is designed for a professional who can seamlessly transition between desking deals on the sales floor and executing finance contracts in the office. You will be responsible for structuring profitable deals, managing lender relationships, and ensuring a transparent, professional closing process for every customer. Key Responsibilities Deal Structuring: Work closely with sales consultants to desk deals, maximize gross profit, and maintain high closing ratios in a fast-paced environment. Finance & Insurance: Present and sell financing, service contracts, and insurance products to customers while maintaining high CSI scores. Lender Relations: Submit deals to lenders for approval, negotiate terms, and manage the dealership's CIT (Contracts in Transit) list to ensure timely funding. Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout the desking and contracting process. Inventory Management: Assist in appraisal processes and maintain a professional-grade showroom floor. Qualifications Proven experience as a Desk Manager, F&I Manager, or in a similar role within a high-volume dealership. Strong understanding of dealership management systems (DMS) and e-contracting platforms. Expertise in deal structuring and secondary finance.
