JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join us at our practices in Epsom & Guildford, Surrey. This is a 10 month maternity contract with the possibility to extend hereafter.
The practices are 6 surgery, fully equipped, mixed NHS and private with a busy patient list but plenty of support available.

First and foremost, we are looking for a confident and efficient people manager, but other important skills include:

• Coaching, leading & developing a high performing practice team
• Supporting clinicians to achieve their personal and practice goals
• Ensuring the practice meets CQC and legislative guidelines
• Effectively managing the recruitment & selection for all practice staff
• Overseeing the day to day running of the practic
