SUMMARY We are seeking a talented and passionate Dual-Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is skilled in both bodywork and skincare, delivering personalized services that promote healing, relaxation, and visible results. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Perform a variety of massage modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Recovery, Prenatal massages. Knowledge in Ayurvedic and Lymphatic Drainage Massage a plus. * Deliver high-quality facial services using advanced techniques and professional skincare lines. * Conduct client consultations to determine appropriate treatments and home care recommendations. * Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment. * Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Love.Life's quality standards. * Collaborate with team members to support overall spa operations and guest satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS Must hold current state licenses for both Massage Therapy and Esthetics. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience preferred on both modalities. Strong knowledge of anatomy, skincare and techniques. Dermaplane Pro certified, a plus. Ayurvedic and Lymphatic Drainage massage experience, a plus. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming presence. Passion for wellness and holistic care. JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES This Dual Therapist must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to demonstrate they can perform the essential functions of the job, along with the physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation. * Proven experience in performing facials and other skincare treatments. * Proven experience in performing brown laminations, lash lifting, and brow tinting/waxing. * Excellent knowledge of skincare products and ingredients. * Proven experience in massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports Massage * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. * Exceptional customer service skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
