JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Undergraduates/Current students in the field of Project Management, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Previous internship experience in a related field is desirable but not required.
  • A professional attitude and a strong commitment to completing tasks on time

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic, driven and versatile intern to support our Project Management and Operational Excellence teams. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to work across strategy, execution, and optimization within a collaborative and dynamic environment. The intern will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to strategic initiatives, project management and operations execution.
The Project Management role is ideal for someone with strong analytical thinking, visual storytelling skills, and a flair for curating strategic ideas into practical, visually compelling outputs to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects.
The Operational Excellence role is ideal for someone who is versatile, has strong communication skills, and brings a continuous improvement mindset—applying logical thinking and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Primary responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Maintain and organize the digital copy of all project documentation
  • Provide support in the preparation of functions and workstreams working templates and materials
  • Produce communication materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Update and track project schedule, milestones, risks and dependencies across cross-functional workstreams
  • Assist in maintaining project dashboards, status reports, and governance documentation
  • Assist with maintaining Financial Models and Project Tools
  • Support workshops and put forward design-tailored solutions for internal and external clients
  • Assist with the creation of client-ready presentations and curate/design strategic content
  • Draw insights and synthesized findings from qualitative and quantitative research
  • Support in minutes-taking and action lists, as well as, other administrative support

Operations Excellence

  • Strategic Operations

o Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
o Assist in developing SOPs, workflows, and playbooks for recurring business activities.
o Collect and synthesize data to support decision-making and operational planning.
o Collaborate in designing operational dashboards and visual reports.

o Help streamline communication and collaboration across teams through structured systems.

  • Ground Operations

o Assist in monitoring and managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
o Support the implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow processes.
o Collect, analyze, and report operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and coordination of operational tasks.
o Help develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
o Participate in process improvement initiatives by contributing insights and supporting execution plans.
o Provide logistical and administrative support for on-site activities and stakeholder engagement.
