Description

ooking for a smart, commercially minded and highly adaptable individual to join our growing UAE business.This role sits at the intersection of commercial development, partnerships and execution. You will join client and partner discussions, help understand and qualify business needs, and coordinate internally across Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal and Finance to turn opportunities into real outcomes.Prior payments experience is not required. We care more about how you think, how quickly you learn and whether you take ownership.Key responsibilities Participate in client and partner meetings and support opportunity qualification.
Understand customer business models, payment flows, pain points and commercial requirements.
Conduct customer, market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and partners and drive agreed actions toward onboarding and activation.
Coordinate client and partner onboarding, implementation and go-live.
Work across internal teams to resolve blockers and move projects forward.
Translate customer requirements into clear internal actions and project plans.
Track multiple workstreams, deadlines and dependencies through to completion.
Support proposals, business cases, pricing discussions and selected strategic projects.
Over time, independently manage selected customer and partner opportunities.

What we are looking for 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, implementation, partnerships, customer success, account management, project management, financial services, technology, logistics, e-commerce or another B2B environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong ownership and follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal English.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where processes are still evolving.
