Description

To supervise and coordinate all ducting cladding activities on-site, ensuring proper installation, insulation protection, quality compliance, safety standards, and timely completion as per project specifications and drawings. * Supervise installation of duct cladding (GI, aluminum, pre-insulated panels, etc.) * Ensure cladding works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications * Monitor daily site activities and manpower allocation * Ensure proper sealing, finishing, and alignment of duct cladding * Check insulation protection before and after cladding installation * Maintain quality standards and avoid damage to insulation or duct system * Coordinate with ducting, insulation, and MEP teams for smooth workflow * Liaise with main contractor and consultant for inspections and approvals * Resolve site issues related to clashes or installation difficulties * Monitor material usage and reduce wastage * Request required materials in advance to avoid delays * Check material quality delivered to site
