REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Estimator in the M&E or construction industry
· Strong understanding of ductwork systems and technical drawings
· Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
· Ability to work independently and in a team

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ductwork Estimator to join our team at our Head Office in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to contribute their skills to a growing and reputable company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Review and interpret project specifications and drawings
· Prepare tender documentation, including cost breakdowns, summaries and supporting schedules
· Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
· Liaise with clients, attend pre and post tender meetings
· Ensure bids meet technical and commercial requirements
· Following up tenders and assist with securing projects.
· Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless handover of secured projects.
