YOUR ROLE

Step into a pivotal leadership role as Dulux’s Auckland Trade Manager, overseeing a $43M portfolio and leading a high-performing team of 10 sales professionals and a property specification consultant. As the head of Auckland’s trade market—representing 40–50% of national revenue—you’ll drive strategy, pricing, and performance to maintain and grow our #1 market position.
Reporting directly to the Head of Trade Sales, this is a key leadership role within Dulux NZ. You’ll be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration in the trade segment, while also providing strategic oversight of the specification function. Collaborating closely with specification consultants, you’ll help secure wins in the commercial and architectural segments.
