We understand that the sum of our collective talents and efforts helps us achieve greater results and thrive.       Job Overview: As a key member of our Food & Beverage department, the Restaurant Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities: * Operations Management: * Oversee daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory control. * Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations. * Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. * Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally. * Team Leadership: * Train restaurant staff. * Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service. * Address performance issues and implement corrective actions. * Guest Experience: * Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Assist with seating and table management. * Monitor guest satisfaction and take steps to improve service. * Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently. * Financial Management: * Control costs and maximize revenue. * Monitor and manage labor costs. * Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
