Responsibilities (include but not limited to) A Dunkin' Crew Member (CM) understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements. A successful CM sets and maintains high standards for oneself, others, and acts as a role model. CM's identify and resolve issues and problems to provide guests with a pleasant experience. Relationships with team members are expected to be developed and maintained by all CM's. This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is an independently and locally owned and operated franchise of Safari Foods, Inc.
