Dunkin’ Donuts is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Baker to join our team! As a baker, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests start their day with fresh, delicious donuts and other baked goods they love.
This is an overnight position, requiring someone who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently after training.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be willing to complete a two-week paid training course during the DAY to learn Dunkin’ recipes and baking standards.
• Following the initial training, you will complete a third week of hands-on training with an experienced baker during the overnight shift.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous baking experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work overnight shifts independently after training.
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Commitment to Dunkin’ brand standards and guest satisfaction.

• Prepare and bake donuts, muffins, bagels, and other baked goods to company standards.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Decorate donuts and pastries according to seasonal or themed promotions.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive, efficient working environment.
